 What is SMPlugins?

SMPlugins is a subsidiary of NUSofting (www.nusofting.com) SMPlugins was created to commercialize only the VST plugins developed and produced using SynthMaker (www.synthmaker.co.uk).


What is the difference between NUSofting and SMPlugins products?
NUSofting products are natively developed and produced using the C++ language (and a C++ compiler) and they support Windows and Mac OS X platforms, VST and AU. SMPlugins products support only Windows VST as per SynthMaker support. As consequence of that, NUSofting products have usually an higher price than the SMPlugins ones.


What happen when I click the "PayPal Buy Now" link?

You will be directed to a secure web page where you can complete the payment for the product of your choice. You may safely use there PayPal and almost any Debit or Credit Card. The PayPal page may show the NUSofting logo even if you are buying an SMPlugins product. When the payment is done we receive the notification from PayPal and we will send you a download for the product you purchased usually within 24 hours, it may take longer on weekends. Be sure that we can reach you with the e-mail you provide with the order.


Where can I get support for the SMPlugins products?
You can write to smplugins@liqihsynth.com, replies are quick, max one or two days.


Can I request new features or suggest new plugins?
Of course you can and your ideas are always welcome.


Would you refund my purchase if the plugin doesn't work?

You must download and try the plugin Demo version on your PC before any purchase, if the Demo works fine then the 99% of the possibilities that the Full version you will purchase could not work are excluded.
